  • Question: How Do I Place Classified Ads?
    Answer: You must be a Registered Member To Place a Listing.

    As soon as you become a member you will be redirected to member control panel:

    • Click on "Place An Ad" link in the left column under "Member Options".
      You must log into your control panel in order to use this link.
    • Once you click on "Place An Ad" link simply follow instructions.
    • You will need to complete 7 simple and short steps in order for your listing
      to become active immediately and at the end you must see the sentence:
      �Your Listing has been Activated�.

    All process including registration and listing posting will take only a couple minutes.

    Question: Can I Modify My Listing?
    Answer: ABSOLUTLY. You may modify the content of your listing and your photos 24/7.

    1. To modify your listing, log into your control panel.
    2. Then under the "Member Options" in the left column click "Modify an Ad".
      You will next see a list of your current listings.
    3. Click on "Modify/Delete" button and you will see your listing.
    4. If you want to modify your photos, click "Modify Images" link right below your photos.
    5. You also can change the status of your listing to Firm, OBO, Reduced,
      Offer Pending or Sold.

    Do not forget to click "Submit" button after you make your changes.

    Question: Can I Modify My Personal Information?
    Answer: ABSOLUTLY. You may modify your personal information 24/7.

    1. To modify your personal info, log into your control panel.
    2. Then under the "Member Options" in the left column click "Modify Your Account".
    3. You may change your Phone, Email Address and Password at any time.

    Do not forget to click "Submit" button after you make your changes.

    Question: I got an email to Renew My Listing, How Can I do it?
    Answer: To renew your ad, log into your control panel, then under the "Member Options" in the left column click "Modify an Ad". You will next see a list of your current listings. Any listings that are about to expire will have a "Renew" link enabled right below the date. Click on the "Renew" link and follow the prompts. Your listing will be renewed.
